SHOCKEY is the operator of Shockey.app, an independent hockey information service. Unless expressly stated, it is not an official website of, or endorsed by, any hockey association, competition, governing body, or club.

The site currently provides public, account-free access to fixtures, results, ladders, club and team pages, statistics, editorial reads, and related competition information.

Competition information can change and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Shockey.app does not promise that fixtures, venues, times, results, ladders, player statistics, or other information will always be current, complete, or error-free.

Check important information with the relevant official competition source before travelling, selecting a team, making a competition decision, or otherwise relying on it. Statistical predictions and match reads are informational and editorial only; they are not betting, financial, or professional advice.

Shockey.app displays information obtained from public or authorised competition sources. Competition names, club and team names, logos, source material, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Shockey.app does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Shockey.app does not claim ownership of underlying competition facts or third-party material. Source organisations may update or correct their records independently of Shockey.app.

SHOCKEY's name, branding, interface, software, visual design, original writing, and original compilations are owned by or licensed to Shockey.app and are protected by applicable law.

You may access and share links to the site for lawful personal, non-commercial use. Unless Shockey.app gives written permission or the law permits it, you must not reproduce or commercially republish SHOCKEY's original content, systematically extract or redistribute the site's compilation, remove ownership notices, or suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access or security controls, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malicious code, overload the service, or use automated access in a way that unreasonably burdens the site. Ordinary search engine indexing that respects published crawling instructions is permitted.

If you submit feedback, corrections, or source suggestions, you confirm that you may provide that material. Subject to the Privacy policy, you allow SHOCKEY to use it to operate, correct, and improve the site without an obligation to compensate you. Do not submit confidential information through the contact form.

If you later ask for a personal or contact record to be removed, SHOCKEY may continue using non-personal suggestions or corrections already incorporated into the site, provided they are no longer associated with you where practical.

Personal information submitted through the site is handled under the Privacy policy.

Shockey.app may change, suspend, or discontinue features or coverage without notice. Links and integrations supplied by third parties are provided for convenience; Shockey.app does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shockey.app is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or its information. You are responsible for deciding whether the information is suitable for your purpose.

Shockey.app may update these terms as the site, its coverage, or applicable requirements change. The current version applies from 30 July 2026. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
